lyrics

Well I'm in love with the Granite State
From Dover to the top of Mt. Hayes
Its the 603, its the 603, its the 603, oh yea

No other place I'd prefer to be
From butts to booze its all tax free
In the 603, in the 603, in the 603, oh yea

Here's to the folks way up in Berlin
Up in Errol and Riverton,
In the 603, in the 603, in the 603, oh yea

And to the seacoast, Hampton an' Portsmouth
I can't think of town that it rhymes with,
In the 603, in the 603, in the 603, oh yea

Yea the motto's "Live Free or Die"
Quotin' Johnny Stark an' it ain't no lie,
In the 603, in the 603, in the 603, oh yea

We had America's first library
Keene's the place that they filmed "Jumanji",
In the 603, in the 603, in the 603, oh yea

Mt. Moriah, Patience, and Gunstock
Where Levi Hutchins invented alarm clocks,
In the 603, in the 603, in the 603, oh yea

Home of first potato in the USA
And first American to go into space,
Its the 603, its the 603, its the 603, oh yea

Blastin' thru Dublin on route 101
And onto 12 down to Winchendon,
In the 603, in the 603, in the 603, oh yea

Yea Acworth, Marlow and Stoddard
Pelham, Bow, Ossipee, Spofford,
In the 603, in the 603, in the 603, oh yea

I'd climb to the top of the Cambridge Black Mountain
To see the state that belongs to me
Its the 603, its the 603, its the 603, oh yea, yea!

about

The Corpos Stoughton, Massachusetts

The Corpos formed in Spring of 2012, as a lo-fi punk band named The Rip-Offs. An EP, "Mid-Atlantic Love Songs" was released under that name in Feb. 2013. In July of 2013 the band changed the name to The Corpos, a reference to Sinclair Lewis' "It Can't Happen Here". We released our first album under this new name in Oct. 2013. The band is currently working on it's 2014 Promo. ... more
